Here’s the last part of our Niagara project home tour, (Incase you missed the first two, you can see them here and here!) and I think I might have saved the best for last! The house was only a couple years old so we kept all the millwork the same, but I love seeing the difference some paint, lighting and furnishings can make in a room!
-Girls Bedroom-
This little girls room is so sweet! We had wallpaper installed as a feature wall, and the fringe ceiling light gives the space some really soft texture. Also, how pretty is the custom roman shade we had made to fit the arched window?

-Guest Bedrooms-
Our client has a lot of guest that visit from out of town, so the two guest bedrooms were perfect for their family! We kept them both neutral and added layers and textures so they would feel inviting.

-the Master Bedroom-
And we’ve finally made it to my favourite room in the house! I loved being able to furnish such a large master bedroom, and really wanted to take advantage of the size. There was a request for a TV on the wall opposite the bed. With all the space in the room, we were able to include a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. We also incorporated an oversized rug and I love how this drew out the room, and made the space feel well furnished without being crowded. Also, again in this room I love the difference a change in lighting and drapes can make!

-the Ensuite-
The existing master ensuite wasn’t quite inline with our clients cool and casual look. Everything was new, so we didn’t want to make any major changes to the space. We swapped out the crystal lighting with black fixtures and refinished the chrome hardware in black which gave a more modern and minimalist look. Bathrooms are mainly hard surfaces, so I always like to add in textiles. We had a roman shade made for the large window, and sourced a vintage runner to warm up the floor tiles. I love the addition of their existing wood stool in the space!
