HAMBRGR was a fun project to work on with a really quick turn around time. The owner wanted to revamp the then Italian restaurant, and give it a cooler atmosphere that would make people want to linger in the space. The budget didn’t allow for us to change any of the millwork or flooring, so we focused our attention on the walls, furniture and lighting.

Being a new Hamilton based realtor company, their main focus is on the building of the ambitious city and giving it the opportunity to live up to its long held nickname. This little bungalow on Cameron St. was in need of some updating. Typical of a 50s home, the rooms were closed off, tight and not overly functional. Here is the before: Here is the after: The client was looking to modernize the interior, make it feel larger and create better flow throughout the living area. They wanted the finished design to have clean lines with some finer details to give it a luxurious look. The house did not have a large foot print, so the interior walls were opened up to maximize the space.
