This project was such a fun one to see come together! The home was fairly new, but the clients wanted it to feel more custom. It had a really quick turn around time, and not only did we design everything, we also helped coordinate the trades, ordered all the products and styled each space. Choosing Article for our One Room Challenge
Picking out the furniture was a huge decision in this room! When I was searching, I really wanted to find pieces that were simple and minimalistic. If you guys aren’t familiar with Article, that is what they do best! All their pieces have clean lines, beautiful fabrics and and simple silhouettes, and worked so well for both the sofa and armchairs in our living room!

I am so so excited to finally be sharing the full room reveal with you guys today!!!! It feels like so long ago that I started dreaming up ideas on how I planned to redo our once bland living room, and am glad I took all those before pictures to remember exactly what it looked like! One Room Challenge – Week Six
As much as I dread deadlines, I also really love them. Knowing that this room would be completely done by mid November has been the best feeling, and made the late nights so worth it! This past week has been such a good one! Once the fireplace was installed, Steve was able to finish the construction and build the fireplace mantle. I was really hoping to make it out of concrete, but after looking into it more we decided it was too complicated for us to tackle, so we opted to build it out of wood.
